How do I use the Vaginal Odor + pH Bundle? How quickly does it work?Updated 9 months ago

The Vaginal Odor + pH Bundle consists of three products. Please find the directions for each product below: 

• Good Girl Probiotics®: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal. You can take Good Girl Probiotics® at a time of day that works best for you. Consistency is key; results therefore may take 4-8 weeks of daily use, and can vary person-to-person. 
• The Killer®: This is a vaginal suppository — not a pill you take by mouth. Wash your hands well to gently insert a capsule with your fingers into your vagina. It should be inserted a comfortable amount, which should be far enough that it won't have the chance to slip out. How long you use The Killer depends on your body and your needs. You can use this for as little as 1-3 days or for as long as 7-14 days (an entire box). You may see results in as little as one day or up to five days. 
• pH Balanced Cleanser™: Using clean hands, apply pH Balanced Cleanser to the vulva in the shower or bath. Gently work into a lather and rinse clean. Do not use a bath loofah, sponge, or towel as these may be harsh and rough on the vulva.
