How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a month ago
- Once logged into your account, click Manage Subscriptions, find the product you'd like to cancel, and click Manage this subscription
- Click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the window. You’ll be prompted to choose a cancellation reason, and then you can confirm. Repeat this process if you need to cancel more than one item.
- You should get a cancellation email confirming your cancellation, but if you don’t, please reach out! To see your canceled subscriptions, go to the “Manage subscriptions” tab. There, you can click between your ACTIVE and INACTIVE subscriptions.
PLEASE NOTE: You must cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before its renewal date to allow the cancellation to process!
