How do I use Flora Power®™?Updated a year ago

Flora Power® is a vaginal suppository — not a pill you take by mouth. We know it looks similar, but this will be inserted vaginally.

To use: With clean hands, use your fingers to gently insert Flora Power® into your vagina. It should be inserted as you would a tampon; far enough that it won’t have the chance to slip out, and deep enough that you are comfortable and cannot feel it. There is no need to alter the capsule in any way. Just pop it in — that’s it! Within a few hours, the capsule will start to dissolve and get to work. 

Discharge is expected (and normal!) when using a vaginal suppository, so we recommend wearing a panty liner to help keep you feeling comfortable.
