Is it normal to experience discharge with Flora Power®?Updated a year ago
It’s expected and common to experience discharge throughout the month, and when using a vaginal suppository, like Flora Power®. This can happen during use, or in the couple of days after, and is typically not cause for concern — it’s actually a sign that the suppository is dissolving and at work!
The discharge’s amount, color, and consistency can vary based on a variety of factors, but with Flora Power® specifically, it’s not uncommon for the discharge to appear yellow or orange in color due to the Vitamin C included in the formula. If you notice your discharge seems grainy as if the suppository didn’t fully dissolve, that could be a sign it wasn’t inserted deeply enough into the vagina (remember to position it as far as you would insert a tampon).
With that said, you know your body best, so we always recommend chatting with your doctor if you are experiencing any ongoing unexpected changes in your discharge, or if you have any concerns about how your body is responding to something new. Your doctor will be able to provide the most accurate recommendations for you based on your experience and medical history.
