My order was delivered, but I don't have it or can't find it.Updated a year ago

This is the most common delivery issue! We find that most of the time, your order was delivered to a front office or parcel locker, accidentally delivered to a neighbor, or left in a mailroom/package room, or is sometimes running a day behind for actual delivery (often with USPS).

Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 7 days of the noted delivery date or of the date the issue occurred if your order did not arrive.
