Why is there beeswax in Comfy Cream®?Updated a year ago

Comfy Cream® is a gentle, external moisturizer, and is not designed for internal use. Suggested application is for the vulva (external lips), bikini area skin, and any dry or irritated area that needs a little extra nourishment and comfort (cuticles, elbows etc). 

While beeswax helps to keep skin moisturized by creating a barrier to minimize the amount of trans-epidermal water loss, it's also used for formulation purposes to create a creamy texture. Without the beeswax our Comfy Cream® would remain liquid and never emulsify into an easy-to-use, silky, moisturizing cream.
